A Global market leader in the pest control industry was experiencing low sales performance across three divisions in NSW. It was determined that its existing sales team were not flexing their approaches to match changing market conditions. This was having a direct impact on their bottom line.  Without success, the company tried traditional recruitment and selection approaches in search of high calibre sales professionals. Verity Consulting made a rapid assessment of the situation, scanned the talent market, secured new candidates and the company is now back on their sales trajectory and thriving.
