Project Outline

A global and leading supplier of a range of products for the residential, commercial and industrial markets was refreshing the sales model for one of its brands. The intent was to disrupt the market and increase market share. Verity was asked to join one of the six project teams to plan and drive the initiative and in doing so, recruit a new team who would then deliver the initiative to the market.
